ZenTide Timer — Privacy Policy

1. はじめに

このプライバシーポリシーは、山二松屋（YAMANI MATSUYA、以下「当方」といいます）が提供するモバイル・デスクトップアプリケーション「ZenTide Timer」（以下「本アプリ」）における、ユーザーの情報の取り扱いについて定めるものです。

本アプリは「プライバシーを機能ではなく基盤とする」という設計思想のもとに開発されており、原則としてユーザーの個人情報を収集しません。本ポリシーは、その原則と、例外的に発生する最小限の情報のやり取りを明確に説明するためのものです。

2. 収集しない情報（ゼロ収集の原則）

当方は、以下の情報を収集・保管・送信いたしません:

• ユーザー名・メールアドレス・電話番号・住所などのアカウント情報（本アプリはアカウント登録を要求しません）
• タイマーの利用履歴・集中時間・タグ・習慣の達成記録など、本アプリで記録されるすべての行動データ
• 位置情報・連絡先・カメラ・マイク・写真ライブラリ等のデバイス上のデータ
• 広告識別子（IDFA / AAID）やその他のトラッキング識別子
• クラッシュログやパフォーマンス情報
• 閲覧履歴・検索履歴・他アプリの利用状況

本アプリはインターネット接続なしで完全に動作します。タイマー・習慣・タグ・お気に入り名言などのデータは、すべてユーザーの端末内部のローカルストレージ（iOS/macOS: アプリサンドボックス、Android/Windows: アプリ固有ストレージ）にのみ保存され、外部サーバーに送信されることはありません。

3. 端末内に保存されるデータ

本アプリは、以下のデータをユーザーの端末内にのみ保存します。これらのデータはユーザーの端末から外部に送信されることはありません。

これらのデータを削除したい場合: OS の標準手順で本アプリをアンインストールしてください。アンインストールと同時に上記すべてのローカルデータが削除されます。OS によっては「アプリ情報」→「ストレージ」→「データを消去」でアンインストールせずに全データを削除することも可能です。

4. 外部との情報のやり取り（例外項目）

本アプリがユーザーの端末外と情報をやり取りするのは、以下の場合に限られます。

4.1 アプリ内課金（IAP）購入時

ユーザーが Premium 機能を購入する際、Apple App Store（StoreKit）または Google Play Billing を経由した決済が発生します。

• 処理主体: Apple Inc. / Google LLC（該当ストアの運営会社）
• 処理される情報: Apple ID / Google アカウント、支払い方法、購入履歴（Apple/Google 側が処理。当方は関与しません）
• 当方が受領する情報: 購入を検証するためのトランザクションID（ランダムな英数字列）およびレシート。これは購入の真正性を確認し、Premium 機能を解放する目的にのみ使用されます。当方がユーザーのクレジットカード情報・氏名・住所等を受け取ることはありません。
• 当該情報の保管: トランザクションID は端末内の entitlement フラグと共にローカルに保存されます。当方のサーバーには送信されません（当方はサーバーを運用していません）。
• Apple/Google のプライバシーポリシー: Apple / Google

4.2 クラッシュレポート（採用なし）

本アプリはクラッシュレポート機能を採用していません。クラッシュ発生時にも、ユーザーの端末からクラッシュ情報やスタックトレースが当方または第三者に送信されることはありません。

5. 第三者提供・広告・トラッキング

• 第三者への情報提供: 当方はユーザーに関する情報を第三者に提供いたしません（上記 §4.1 のストア決済処理を除く）。
• 広告: 本アプリには広告を一切表示しません。広告SDKも組み込まれていません。
• アナリティクス・トラッキング: 本アプリは利用状況を収集するアナリティクスツールを組み込んでいません。Google Analytics、Firebase Analytics、AppsFlyer 等は一切使用しません。
• LP サイト: LP サイト（zentideworks.com）はアクセス解析ツールを使用しません。Cookie も使用しません。

6. データの安全管理

• ローカルデータは OS のサンドボックス機構により保護されており、他のアプリからはアクセスできません。
• 本アプリはサーバーを運用していないため、サーバー侵害によるユーザーデータ漏洩のリスクは構造的に存在しません。
• ただし、ユーザーの端末紛失・盗難・OS の脆弱性等によるローカルデータへのアクセスリスクは残ります。ユーザー自身で端末のロック・暗号化を適切に設定してください。

7. ユーザーの権利（アクセス・削除・異議申立て）

当方は原則としてユーザーのデータを保有していないため、開示・訂正・削除請求の対象となるデータは存在しません。端末内のデータについては、ユーザー自身がいつでも以下の方法で完全にコントロールできます:

• 閲覧: アプリ内の統計画面・設定画面
• 削除（個別）: アプリ内で習慣・タグ・設定を編集 / 削除
• 削除（全件）: アプリのアンインストール、または OS の「データを消去」機能

GDPR・CCPA・日本の改正個人情報保護法で認められている以下の権利を尊重いたします:

• 自己のデータへのアクセス権
• 訂正・削除を請求する権利
• 処理への異議申立て権
• データポータビリティ権（本アプリは外部送信を行わないため、実質的にはローカルエクスポート機能を通じて行使可能。Phase 2 で CSV エクスポートを実装予定）
• EU 域内ユーザーは所轄の監督機関への苦情申立て権を有します

8. 国際的なデータ移転

本アプリ自体はユーザーデータを端末外に送信しないため、データの国際移転は発生しません。

ただし、§4.1 のストア決済は Apple Inc.（米国）および Google LLC（米国）のサーバーにおいて処理されるため、この範囲においては米国を含む国外へのデータ移転が発生します。これらの移転は Apple/Google の各プライバシーポリシーに基づいて行われます。

9. 子ども（13 歳未満）の取り扱い

本アプリは一般向けの生産性ツールであり、13 歳未満の子どもを対象としていません。また、本アプリは年齢情報を含む個人情報を一切収集しないため、13 歳未満の子どもから意図的にデータを収集することは構造的に発生しません。

保護者の方が 13 歳未満のお子様による本アプリの利用を管理したい場合は、App Store のファミリー共有・Google Play のファミリーライブラリなどの保護者管理機能をご利用ください。

10. 本ポリシーの変更

本ポリシーを改定する場合、本アプリの次回アップデート時の「更新情報」および LP サイト（zentideworks.com/privacy）にて告知いたします。重大な変更（収集項目の追加等）がある場合は、アプリ内で明示的にお知らせし、必要に応じて改めて同意を確認します。

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy describes how YAMANI MATSUYA ("we", "us", or "our") handles information in connection with the mobile and desktop application ZenTide Timer(the "App").

ZenTide Timer is built on the principle that privacy should be the foundation, not a feature. We do not collect personal information from you. This policy exists to make that commitment explicit and to describe the narrow, unavoidable exceptions.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

We do not collect, store, or transmit any of the following:

• Account information such as names, email addresses, phone numbers, or postal addresses. The App does not require an account.
• Usage data such as timer sessions, focus time, tags, habit completions, or favorite quotes.
• Device data such as location, contacts, camera, microphone, or photo library contents.
• Advertising identifiers (IDFA, AAID) or any other tracking identifiers.
• Crash logs or performance data.
• Browsing history, search history, or data about other apps on your device.

The App runs entirely offline once installed. All timer settings, habits, tags, statistics, and favorite-quote markers are stored onlyin your device's local storage (the app sandbox on iOS/macOS, app-specific storage on Android/Windows). Nothing leaves your device.

3. Data Stored on Your Device

The following information is stored locally on your device and never transmitted externally:

To delete this data: uninstall the App using your operating system's standard procedure. All local data is removed at uninstall. On most systems you can also clear data without uninstalling via App Info → Storage → Clear Data (or platform equivalent).

4. Limited External Data Exchange

The only situations in which data leaves your device are the following.

4.1 In-App Purchases (IAP)

When you purchase Premium, payment is processed through the Apple App Store (StoreKit) or Google Play Billing.

• Controller: Apple Inc. or Google LLC (the store operator).
• Data they process: Your Apple ID or Google account, payment method, and purchase history. This is handled entirely by Apple or Google; we never see it.
• What we receive: A transaction ID (an opaque alphanumeric string) and a receipt, used solely to verify the purchase and unlock Premium features. We never receive your name, credit card number, billing address, or any other personally identifying payment data.
• Where we keep it: The transaction ID is stored alongside an entitlement flag on your device. It is not transmitted to any server of ours (we do not operate any servers).
• Their privacy policies: Apple / Google

4.2 Crash Reports (not enabled)

The App does not include crash reporting. No crash data or stack traces are transmitted from your device to us or to any third party.

5. No Third-Party Sharing, No Ads, No Tracking

• Third-party sharing: We do not share user data with third parties. The only narrow exception is the store payment processors described in §4.1.
• Advertising: The App displays no advertising. No advertising SDKs are included.
• Analytics and tracking: The App includes no usage analytics. We do not use Google Analytics, Firebase Analytics, AppsFlyer, or any comparable product.
• Landing page: Our landing page (zentideworks.com) uses no analytics tools and no cookies.

6. Security of Your Data

• Data on your device is protected by your operating system's sandbox mechanisms, which prevent other apps from accessing it.
• Because we operate no servers, there is no structural risk of a server breach exposing your data.
• Residual risks (device loss, theft, OS vulnerabilities) remain. Please use your device's lock screen, biometric authentication, and full-disk encryption features to protect local data.

7. Your Rights (Access, Deletion, Objection)

Because we do not hold your data, there is generally no data about you for us to disclose, correct, or delete. Data on your device remains entirely under your control:

• View: Use the statistics and settings screens inside the App.
• Delete individual items: Edit or remove habits, tags, or settings from within the App.
• Delete everything: Uninstall the App, or use your OS's "Clear Data" function.

We honor the following rights recognized by the GDPR (EU/EEA/UK), the CCPA/CPRA (California), and the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (Japan):

• The right to access your data
• The right to correction and deletion
• The right to object to processing
• The right to data portability (satisfied in practice through the local CSV export we plan to add in Phase 2; the App performs no external transmission)
• For users in the EU/EEA/UK, the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority

We do not sell personal information within the meaning of the CCPA/CPRA.

8. International Data Transfers

The App itself does not transfer your data outside your device, so it generates no international data transfers.

The store payments described in §4.1 are processed by Apple Inc. and Google LLC on their servers (including servers located in the United States), under their respective privacy policies.

9. Children (Under 13)

ZenTide Timer is a general-audience productivity tool and is not directed at children under the age of 13. Because we collect no personal information whatsoever, we do not knowingly collect any data from children. If a parent or guardian wishes to restrict a minor's use of the App, please use the parental-control features provided by Apple Family Sharing or Google Play Family Library.

10. Changes to This Policy

We will announce material changes to this policy in the App's next-update release notes and on our landing page at zentideworks.com/privacy. For significant changes (such as adding new categories of data), we will display an in-app notice and, where required, request renewed consent.
